Do you need to visit my house or site?
No. We work 100% remotely from your drawings, sketches, photos and measurements. If something is unclear, we schedule a short video call. For most projects this is all we need to produce a reliable estimate.
How accurate is your estimate?
A Quick Budget gives a realistic range, usually within about ±20%. A Detailed Estimate, based on measured quantities and a line-by-line breakdown, typically narrows this to around ±10%, depending on how complete your information is. It is an informed estimate, not a contractor quote or a guaranteed price.
Which countries do you cover?
We work with homeowners in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland and across Europe, including France, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal and Italy. We use local cost data for your region.
Can you provide stamped or sealed drawings for my permit?
No. Where your local rules require drawings stamped or sealed by a licensed architect or engineer in your jurisdiction, that professional must prepare or sign them. Our plans and estimates help you prepare, set a budget and have better-informed conversations with them.
How long does it take?
A Quick Budget is usually delivered in 2–3 business days, a Detailed Estimate in 5–7 business days. Plans depend on the size of the project; we give you a date before we start.
What do I need to send you?
Whatever you have: existing plans, a hand sketch with rough dimensions, photos, or a description of your idea. Tell us your location and the finish level you have in mind, and we will ask for anything else we need.
How do I pay?
Once we have agreed on the scope, we confirm a fixed price and send a secure payment link. No surprises, no hourly billing.
